The AL28M Series Automatic Levels are designed for a wide range of elevation control and alignment tasks, including general building construction, cut and fill measurements, area leveling, and landscaping.

A reliable automatic compensator ensures stability and accuracy in the line of sight. Bright, clear telescope optics deliver sharp images for easy viewing, while a short minimum focusing distance improves performance in tight spots or on steep slopes. Stadia lines on the reticle make distance calculations simple, and a horizontal scale located directly below the eyepiece allows for quick and convenient angle measurements.

This is a nice setup for the price, case is solid and straps are nice as well. The glass seems good. I have used it for about two weeks and it exactly what I needed.thanks
