Shipping Information
Standard Shipping (Free on Most Orders)

We offer free standard ground shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.

Most products will ship the same day or within 24 hours of your order being placed. You can expect delivery within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Out-of-stock items will typically ship within 3–5 business days. If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you via email with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii on most items under 150 lbs.

These locations are not included in our free ground shipping policy.

Shipping costs vary by destination and package size. If you're ordering to these locations, we will contact you to confirm freight costs and delivery timelines. Once confirmed, we’ll proceed with your order.

If you do not agree to the additional shipping charge, we can cancel the order and provide a full refund.
International Shipping

At this time, we are not offering international shipping for orders outside the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Returns Policy
General Return Information

30-Day Return Window: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee: Returns of non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25%. The fee varies based on the condition of the product and packaging.

Restocking Fee Waiver: If you return an item and purchase another product of equal or greater value from us, we’ll waive the restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for return freight costs.
Conditions for Returns

Unused & Unopened Products: To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

Defective Products: If the product is defective, we will repair or replace it under the manufacturer’s warranty, when applicable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please either call us at 1-877-866-5721 or log into your account, go to “My Account,” and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We’ll send you instructions for returning the item, along with a return shipping label if necessary.
Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For returns due to ordering the wrong item or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our Responsibility: If we made an error in shipping (e.g., wrong product), we will cover both the return shipping and restocking fee.
Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, you can expect your refund within 1 week of shipping the product back to us. Most refunds are processed much quicker, but this is our general timeline.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs.
Special Orders and Discontinued Products
In some rare instances, when items are special ordered or discontinued, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the product due to certain circumstances. These exceptions will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Manufacturer Restocking Fees (Special Cases)
Some manufacturers, such as SitePro and David White, may charge a restocking fee if the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer’s factory. This is due to their distribution model.

Direct Factory Shipments: Since the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer and will be returned to them, we cannot waive the restocking fee if the product is misordered or if you change your mind.

This is a small exception but needs to be noted in our policy for full transparency.
Why We Have Restocking Fees
Restocking fees help us cover the costs of outgoing freight, inspection, and renewing packaging. When a return is processed, we must inspect the product to ensure it is in brand-new condition. We don’t sell used products, so it’s important to take extra care to make sure that any returned product is in perfect condition for resale.
The fee also helps cover the labor costs associated with receiving, inspecting, and re-packaging the product. These processes ensure that the product you receive is in 100% new condition when it ships to you.
However, if you find that you ordered the wrong item, and would like to purchase something else, we’ll waive the restocking fee if you cover the return shipping and place another order of equal or higher value.
