Shipping Information
Free Standard Ground Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on all eligible orders to the contiguous United States (48 states). Most orders ship the same day or within 24 hours of placement. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
If an item is out of stock, it will generally ship within 3–5 business days. We will notify you by email with an estimated ship date if there is any delay.
Expedited Shipping (Next Day / Second Day Air)
Need it fast? We offer Next Day Air and Second Day Air on most items. Contact us directly for a quote and availability before placing your order.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Yes — We Ship to Alaska and Hawaii
- We accept orders from Alaska and Hawaii on most items under 150 lbs.
- Alaska and Hawaii are not included in our free ground shipping offer. Freight costs vary by destination, package size, and weight.
- After you place your order, we will contact you with a freight quote specific to your location and items ordered.
- Freight charges must be paid in full before your order can ship. We will not ship until payment is confirmed.
- If you choose not to accept the freight quote, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund — no questions asked.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside the United States, including international addresses. Orders are limited to the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Puerto Rico: We can ship to Puerto Rico on select items. Please call us to confirm availability and freight costs before ordering.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all manuals, warranty cards, cables, and accessories included.
Restocking Fee
Returns of non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25% of the purchase price. The exact fee depends on the condition of the product and its packaging upon return.
Restocking Fee Waiver: If you return an item and purchase another product of equal or greater value from us, we will waive the restocking fee. You are still responsible for the cost of return shipping in this case.
To qualify for a restocking fee waiver, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in open-box condition — the product has been opened but not used or damaged in any way
- The original manufacturer’s box must be included and in resalable condition — no missing flaps, excessive writing, or damage that would prevent us from reselling it as a new product
- The original outer shipping carton (the cardboard box it was shipped in) must also be returned so we can evaluate the overall condition and confirm the product can be resold as new
- All original contents must be present — manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and cables
We inspect every returned item before making a determination. If the product or packaging does not meet these conditions, the standard restocking fee will apply even if a replacement purchase is made.
Defective Products
If your product arrives defective or is found to be defective through normal use, we will repair or replace it under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer error (wrong item ordered, change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Our error (wrong product shipped): We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs. The restocking fee will also be waived.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, do one of the following:
- Call us at 1-877-866-5721 and we will walk you through the process
- Log into your account, go to My Account, and click Return Item(s)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within one week. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges.
Special Orders & Discontinued Products
Items that are special ordered or discontinued may not be eligible for return. We will communicate any such restrictions to you clearly at the time of purchase. If you have questions before ordering a special or discontinued item, please call us first.
Manufacturer Restocking Fees
Some manufacturers — including SitePro and David White — ship directly from their factory and charge their own restocking fee when an item is returned to them. Because these items ship directly from the manufacturer, we are unable to waive their restocking fee for returns due to ordering errors or change of mind.
This is a limited exception and applies only to direct factory-ship items. It will be noted clearly on applicable product pages.
Why We Charge Restocking Fees
Restocking fees help us cover the real costs of processing a return: outbound freight, return inspection, repackaging, and restocking labor. We only sell products in new, unused condition — so every returned item must be carefully inspected before it can be offered for sale again.
We appreciate your understanding. Our fee structure is designed to be fair — and we’re always willing to work with customers who are purchasing a replacement item.
