Shipping and Returns

Below we outline our Shipping and Return Policy.


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO's due to size or weights.

All of out products have free shipping on standard ground delivery.  When you place an order, most products will ship either the same day or within 24 hours.  Once shipped ground shipping delivery takes 1 to 3 days for delivery depending on your location.  Products that are not in stock will take 3 to 5 business days for delivery.  We will notify you via email if a product is out of stock with an approximate delivery time.

Expedited Shipping (Next Day Air / Second Day Air)
If you need your product(s) faster then please call us for expedited delivery shipping rates.

What are the shipping options for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico on most items weighing 150 pounds or less. Due to carrier restrictions, some items cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not included in our free ground shipping policy.

The shipping rate to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will vary based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package(s), and shipping method.

If you place an order shipping to Alaska , Hawaii or Puerto Rico we will try to contact you by email or phone with a freight cost and time of transit for your approval.  If you agree we will charge your credit card the additional amount and ship your order.  If you do not agree we can off you a full refund on your order.

Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.  There will be a restock charge of 15% to 25% fee dependent on the product and condition of returned product condition.  We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our shipping error (you received an incorrect item).  We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or are used.  We will be glad to assist you with Defective products.  Defective products will be repaired or replaced under warranty by the manufacturer when applicable.

Inspect the merchandise when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind. You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards, manuals, CD’s, DVD’s. 

In fairness, we will expect you to pay the return shipping and handling charges.  Our original shipping cost will be deducted from the credit amount once we receive your return back. 

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please call 1.877.866.5721 or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
