The SitePro 11-SPR17-C SPR-Series Surveyor’s Fiberglass Grade Rod is one of the most popular leveling rods used by professional surveyors and contractors. Built for daily field abuse, this rod is constructed from durable, rigid, non-conductive fiberglass with reinforced ribs for added strength and stability.
The unique rectangular-oval shaped sections prevent the rod from rolling while providing a comfortable, secure grip. The front and back are flat with rounded corners, allowing for widened, easy-to-read scales and improved handling in the field.
Spring-loaded round locking buttons deliver tight, secure section engagement and are designed to resist jamming from dirt and debris. Sections are removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Graduated scales are glare-resistant and protected with a formulated coating to resist wear. A special backside measuring scale allows users to read direct height measurements at eye level, making it ideal for clearance and elevation checks.
A 1/4-20 female adapter in the top section allows mounting of a prism for additional versatility in layout and surveying applications.
