About Leica DISTO Plan App

The Leica DISTO Plan app is the most powerful companion app for Leica DISTO laser distance meters. It transforms raw measurements into dimensionally accurate floor plans, 3D point clouds, and volume data — all without redrawing at the office. The app supports Sketch on Photo, Sketch Plan, Smart Room, Measure Plan, Measure Facade, Measure 3D, Earthworks, and Relocation functions. The DISTO X6 with DST 360-X supports every one of these features, including all P2P-dependent functions.

Using Leica DISTO Plan App with the DISTO X6

The DISTO X6 connects to DISTO Plan via Bluetooth. In Smart Room mode, the X6 automatically detects room corners and generates a floor plan as you measure clockwise around the room. In Measure Plan and Measure Facade modes (which require the DST 360-X adapter), the X6 captures precise 3D coordinates for every corner, opening, and structural feature — generating a complete floor plan ready for DXF/DWG export. The Earthworks function captures excavation or fill volumes for civil work. All modes export to DXF, DWG, or PDF.

Compatibility Note: P2P features (Measure Plan, Measure 3D, Measure Facade, Earthworks) require the DISTO X6 with DST 360-X tripod adapter. These features are included in the Leica DISTO X6 P2P Package.
