About TOTAL for Mobile

TOTAL for Mobile by a la mode is the bridge between field measurement and the TOTAL appraisal desktop software. It enables real estate appraisers to create detailed property sketches on their phone or tablet, capture measurements with a Bluetooth DISTO, and sync directly to TOTAL on the desktop.

Using TOTAL for Mobile with the DISTO X6

Send measurements from the DISTO X6 directly to the TOTAL for Mobile sketch. Define lengths, angles, arcs, and areas by tapping and swiping — DISTO accuracy at 1/16" precision makes every sketch defensible. Measure second-story areas from the ground using the X6's horizontal measurement function. Measure over fences or barriers. Sync the field sketch to your cloud account, then import into TOTAL on your desktop to finalize the appraisal.
