Complete Package
Ready on Day One.

The Northwest Instruments NTS03PKG is a complete total station package. It pairs the NTS03 — a 2 arc-second reflectorless total station with a laser plummet, RS-232C and 20,000 points of memory — with every piece you need on the other end of the shot: a wood and fiberglass tripod, an adjustable prism assembly, a 2.5 m prism pole and a prism pole tripod.
The instrument measures angles, distances and coordinates to a prism up to 3,000 m (9,843 ft), or reflectorless up to 300 m (984 ft). With the pole tripod holding the target plumb, one person can run the whole job. Every specification for the instrument is taken from Northwest Instruments’ own NTS03R Quick Start Guide, and the NTS03 and NTS03R are the same total station.
Each component has its own page: NTS03, NWFT99A tripod, NPA63 prism assembly, NPP01 prism pole and NTP12 pole tripod.

Priced for Contractors.

Including RS-232C.
Most current total stations have dropped the RS-232C serial port. The NTS03 keeps it and adds every modern option, so it works with the data collector, cable and office software you already own and with whatever you move to next.
An instrument does not have one range — it has a different range for every kind of target. All three, from the manufacturer’s NTS03R Quick Start Guide.
| Ranging mode | Measuring distance | Equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Normal conditions, with prism | 3,000 m | 9,843 ft |
| Reflector sheet | 600 m | 1,969 ft |
