A spring-loaded base locks to any flat surface instantly. Extend to exactly the height your job needs — anywhere from ground level to 13.5 feet — then lock it in.
The 1/4" threaded mount at the top fits any standard line laser, rotary laser, or point laser. The built-in bubble level on the mount means you're leveled before you even turn the laser on. Every section is marked every half inch, inch, six inches, and foot so you can hit the exact height every time without measuring.

Modular 5-Section Design

Full-Length Laser Movability
The mount isn't locked to the top — it moves up and down the full length of the assembled pole. Place your laser at exactly the height you need, not just at the top. The modular design lets the mount ride any section.
Spring-Loaded Base

Assemble Your Sections
Thread the sections together in the order you need — use all five for maximum height or fewer sections for lower positions. Each section screws together in seconds with a solid aluminum thread connection. No tools, no clips.

Mount Your Laser
Thread your 1/4" laser onto the mount, slide the mount to the height you need on the pole, and use the built-in bubble level to level the mount. Compatible with any line laser, rotary laser, or point laser with a 1/4" thread.

Set Base Tension & Work
Place the spring-loaded base on a flat surface and apply tension using the tension rod. The base grips instantly without anchoring. Power on your laser and start working. Move the entire assembly between positions without breaking it down.

If your line laser has a 1/4" threaded socket on the bottom, it will thread directly onto the PLP12 mount. This covers the vast majority of line lasers on the market including Plott, Bosch, DeWalt, Spectra Precision, Topcon, and Leica. If you're unsure, call us at 1-877-866-5721 and we'll confirm before you order.
The threaded section connections lock each section rigidly — there's no telescoping friction that loosens over time. The spring-loaded base provides solid ground contact. At 13.5 feet, you'll have more stability than most telescoping poles at 8 feet. For extreme environments with wind or vibration, we recommend using the padded topper against a wall for lateral support.
Yes. The mount slides up and down the full length of the assembled pole, not just the top section. This means if you've assembled all five sections but only need the laser at 7 feet, the mount positions there without you having to disassemble. The inch markings on every section let you position precisely.
The base is designed for flat and near-flat surfaces. For mildly uneven surfaces, minor shimming under the base can level it out. The bubble level on the mount helps confirm that the laser itself is level regardless of slight base variations. For significantly uneven terrain, a tripod may be a better option — we can help you find the right one.
