The LM130HV is the versatile core of the David White LM Series — designed for professionals who demand accuracy, reliability, and performance. Where the LM110H gives you horizontal only, the LM130HV adds a full vertical plane with the same 2000-foot range and ±1/8″ accuracy, plus five sweep modes and three rotation speeds.
Five scanning modes let you restrict the beam to exactly the sector you need — a tight 10° fan for close indoor reference or a full 360° sweep across a large site with the LD 320 detector at range. Three speeds (0, 300, 600 RPM) match the tool to the task.
The anti-drift alert system detects disturbances and warns you before a bad measurement gets into your pour or layout. IP65 weatherproofing runs in rain, dust, and concrete mist.
The LM130HV red beam is the right choice for outdoor work — open sites, grade work, earthwork, tilt-up layout, and any application where a detector is doing the reading. Red beam performs reliably at 2000-ft range with the included LD 320 detector. For interior use in well-lit environments, the green beam LM130HVG is the better fit.

The LM130HV ships with the upgraded LD 320 detector — a step above the LD 120 that comes with the entry-level LM110H. The LD 320 handles the full 2000-foot working diameter of the LM130HV across both horizontal AND vertical planes.
Whether your crew is shooting horizontal grade across a 2000-foot site or reading vertical plumb at a tilt-up panel, the LD 320 locks onto the beam and tells them precisely where they are.
