Leica Rugby 680 Series

Leica Rugby 680 rotary laser kits from Contractors-Tools.com, authorized Leica Geosystems distributor

The Leica Rugby 680 dials in a grade on both axes. Key in a percentage for X and Y, up to ±8%, and the laser tilts its plane to match, rechecking itself as the day warms up. Leave both at zero and it is a self-levelling horizontal laser. The kits below pair it with the Rod Eye 160 Digital receiver.

Leica Rugby 680 questions

How much grade can the Leica Rugby 680 dial in?

Up to ±8% in both the X and Y axis, entered with the arrow keys and the grade button.

What is Smart Slope?

The Rugby 680 watches the temperature. When it changes by 5°C (or 2°C in FINE mode) the laser returns to level, checks itself and goes back to your grade.

What is the difference between the Rugby 680 and the Rugby 620?

The 620 slopes by hand in one axis. The 680 dials in a percentage grade on both axes and holds ±1/16" at 100 ft instead of ±3/32".

What are the K1 and K2 kits?

Rugby 680 packages that add a heavy-duty aluminum tripod and a 15-foot aluminum grade rod, marked in tenths (K1) or inches (K2).
