Leica Rugby 620 questions
What does the Leica Rugby 620 add over the 610?
Manual slope in one axis. The Auto/Manual button takes the X axis, the Y axis or both out of self-levelling, and the Up and Down arrows set the slope.
What is in the large-case Rugby 620 kits?
The laser, a Rod Eye receiver, batteries (and a charger on Li-Ion kits), a CTP-104 heavy-duty tripod and a 13-foot fiberglass grade rod in the large All-in-One protective carrying case.
Is the grade rod in tenths or inches?
Both are available. Each large-case kit is built with the rod marked in tenths or in inches; the kit name on the product page says which.
Should I buy the alkaline or the Li-Ion kit?
Alkaline kits run up to 60 hours on four D-cells. Li-Ion kits include the A600 pack and the A100 charger and run up to 120 hours.
