Three things the Rugby 610 does so you do not have to
It levels itself
Set it up within ±5° and it finds level on its own and keeps it. No bubbles, no screws, no setting up twice.
It tells you when it was bumped
Thirty seconds after levelling the H.I. Alert starts watching the height. Knock the tripod and it flashes and beeps instead of handing you a wrong elevation.
Slope is there if you need it
Hold the power button five seconds for Manual Mode, and with the optional A240 slope adapter (790434) you can set a manual fall in one axis.
One button, three lights

- aPower buttonPress to turn the Rugby on or off. Hold five seconds (five beeps) for Manual Mode: it levels first, then the level LED turns red.
- •Level LED (top)Flashes green while the laser levels, solid green when it is level.
- •Low battery LED (left)Off when the battery is fine, on when it is getting low.
- •H.I. LED (right)Shows the H.I. Alert is watching the height, and flashes if the tripod is knocked.

Batteries
Runs on four D-cell alkaline batteries, up to 60 hours. Use quality alkalines for full run time.
