| Spectra Precision LL300N-2 Laser OVERVIEW |
The Spectra Precision LL300N-2 is your complete, ready-to-work rotary laser package — everything you need right out of the box. This kit pairs the LL300N laser with the HL450 Laserometer receiver, a GR152 15-foot inches grade rod, and a heavy-duty aluminum tripod.
The LL300N delivers 3/32-inch accuracy at 100 feet across a 1,650-foot diameter operating range, making it your complete medium-range, high-accuracy solution. Ideal for basic slope work such as driveways and ramps, checking or leveling elevations, concrete forms, footings and foundations for small- and medium-sized jobs, and for excavations, digging footings and septic tanks.
The Spectra LL300N features a rugged design with “hard hat” rotor protection that provides superior drop and weather protection — built to withstand severe drops of up to 3 feet directly onto concrete, or up to 5 feet when pushed over on a tripod. Means less downtime and cost due to damage caused by accidental drop or tip-over, and lower repair costs over the life of the product.
The LL300N’s fully automatic self-leveling capability provides fast, accurate setup. Standard D-Cell alkaline batteries are included and keep the unit running with no downtime due to power loss. Single cross-axis manual slope mode with cross-axis self-leveling allows grade matching for basic slope work, while maintaining accuracy in the cross-slope using the optional RC601 Remote Control (sold separately).
One of the standout features of the LL300N-1 kit is the included Spectra “All in One” System Carrying Case — a large, purpose-built hard case with dedicated compartments for every component in the kit. The laser, HL450 receiver, grade rod sections, and tripod legs each have their own protected spot, so everything stays organized, secure, and ready to grab when the job calls. No scrambling for missing pieces, no loose accessories rattling around in the truck — just open the case, pull your gear, and get to work. When you’re done, everything packs back in cleanly and your equipment is protected for the ride to the next job.

The HL450 — Spectra's Standard Rod-Mounted Laser Receiver
When you're working on grade — setting forms, checking elevations, or grading a pad — you need a receiver that picks up the beam fast and tells you where you stand. The Spectra HL450 is a field-proven, no-nonsense rod-mounted receiver built for everyday construction use. It gives you a precise digital readout of exactly how far above or below grade you are — no guesswork, no moving the clamp to find on-grade, just a number on screen and you're moving.

What the HL450 Delivers on the Job:
- Digital readout display — exact distance above or below grade shown on screen, no need to move the clamp to find on-grade
- 4-inch capture height — double the industry standard, picks up the beam fast and keeps you in it
- Fraction & decimal display modes — switch between ft/in fractions or tenths to match how you work
- Works in direct sunlight — bright LED indicators visible in any lighting condition
- Audible + visual grade indicators — know your position with or without looking at the display
|
- 5-foot drop rating — survives real job site abuse, direct drop onto concrete
- Anti-strobe sensor — blocks construction strobe lights from triggering false readings, so you always lock onto the real laser signal
- IP67 fully waterproof — dust-proof and waterproof rated; rain won't slow down job completion
- Includes C45 rod clamp — mounts directly to your grade rod, ready to work out of the box
- Compatible with all Spectra rotating lasers — LL300N, LL400, GL series, and more

△ PRO TIP — Need to Run Slope? You Need This Remote.
Without the RC601, this laser operates in flat/level mode only. If your job requires matching a grade — driveways, drainage ditches, ramps, or any single-axis slope — the RC601 is not optional, it’s essential. One person can dial in slope from the rod position without walking back to the laser. No helper needed.
What the RC601 does for you on the job:
- Set and adjust slope from the rod position — no back-and-forth to the laser
- Run single-axis manual slope with cross-axis self-leveling maintained automatically
- One-person slope operation — saves time and eliminates the need for a second crew member
- Works up to 160 feet from the laser
- Compatible with this kit out of the box — no additional hardware required
→ Add the RC601 Remote Control to your order
