| Spectra Precision LL300N-CR71 Laser OVERVIEW |
The LL300N-CR71 is a complete, ready-to-work excavation kit — everything you need arrives in one order. This kit pairs the LL300N self-leveling rotary laser with the CR700 Multi-Use Laser Receiver, which is the only receiver in this class that works both on your grade rod (via included rod clamp) and on your equipment (via included magnetic mount). Mount it on the bucket of your backhoe, mini-excavator, or skid steer for machine grading — then switch it to the grade rod for elevation checking. Also includes a heavy-duty aluminum tripod, a 15-foot GR151 grade rod with measurements in tenths, and a large system carrying case that holds everything. This is your all-in-one excavation package.
The Spectra Precision Laser LL300N package is your complete medium-range, high-accuracy solution. Ideal for basic slope work such as driveways and ramps, checking or leveling elevations, concrete forms, footings and foundations for small -and- medium sized jobs, and for excavations, digging footings and septic tanks.
The Spectra LL300N features a rugged design with “hard hat” rotor protection that provides superior drop and weather protection. Built to withstand severe drops of up to 3-feet directly onto concrete, or up to 5 feet when pushed over on a tripod means less downtime and cost due to damage caused by accidental drop or tip-over and lower repair costs over the life of the product.
The Spectra LL300N’s fully automatic self-leveling capability provides fast, accurate setup. Rechargeable Ni-Cad battery pack or alkaline batteries keeps the unit working with no downtime due to power loss. Single cross-axis manual slope mode with cross-axis self-leveling allows grade matching for basic slope work, while maintaining accuracy in the cross-slope.

The CR700 — One Receiver. Rod, Machine, or Equipment. - YOUR CHOICE
If you've ever climbed off a machine to check grade, bent down on sore knees to read a rod, or found yourself short a helper on a job that needed one — the Spectra CR700 is the answer. This is the receiver that lets one person do the work of two. Mount it to your grade rod like a standard receiver, or snap it to any piece of equipment with its built-in heavy-duty magnet and read grade right from the seat — skid steer, dozer, backhoe, excavator, tractor implement. No helper. No walking back to the laser. No wasted time. And when the machine work is done, pull the magnet, drop on the rod bracket, and use it as a standard rod receiver to check your finish grade. One receiver that does it all.

|
The 200°+ Reception Arc + LED Flash = Grade from the Seat. Standard receivers point one direction. The CR700 sees grade across a massive 200°+ sweep. The bright LED indicators flash back at you in real time: GREEN = on-grade, RED = too high, BLUE = too low — read it instantly from the cab without stepping off the machine. Spectra's patented light bar technology means fewer components, more rugged, more reliable.
|
Why Contractors Choose the CR700:
- Works alone — one person grades, cuts, and fills without a helper; when good help is hard to find, this receiver is your crew
- Machine mount via magnet — strong non-slip magnets snap onto any steel surface in seconds
- 200°+ reception arc — picks up the beam from virtually any angle, no repositioning needed
- Bright LED grade indicators — GREEN/RED/BLUE; read from the cab without stepping off
- 6 accuracy settings — Ultra Fine 1/32″ to Machine 1″; dial it to your job
|
- Digital readout display — exact distance above or below grade at all times
- Fingerprinting technology — locks onto your paired Spectra laser, filters other lasers on site
- 10-foot drop + IP67 — fully waterproof, dustproof, built for real job sites
- 3-year OTC warranty — best in the industry; walk in, swap it, get back to work
- Compatible with all Spectra rotating lasers — LL300N, LL400, GL series and more

△ PRO TIP — Need to Run Slope? You Need This Remote.
Without the RC601, this laser operates in flat/level mode only. If your job requires matching a grade — driveways, drainage ditches, ramps, or any single-axis slope — the RC601 is not optional, it’s essential. One person can dial in slope from the rod position without walking back to the laser. No helper needed.
What the RC601 does for you on the job:
- Set and adjust slope from the rod position — no back-and-forth to the laser
- Run single-axis manual slope with cross-axis self-leveling maintained automatically
- One-person slope operation — saves time and eliminates the need for a second crew member
- Works up to 160 feet from the laser
- Compatible with this kit out of the box — no additional hardware required
